rrvip5 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion fees are applied.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Member tier within the rrvip5 VIP program. Deposits made via Indonesian local bank transfers and major e-wallets settle instantly in most cases. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits—where the source account name does not match the name on your rrvip5 Account—are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be refunded to the sender, minus applicable processing fees, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and in some cases, a photograph of yourself holding your ID document. KYC approval typically completes within 24 hours for standard submissions. Expedited processing is available for Platinum and Black Diamond VIP tier members.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier: Bronze tier members may withdraw up to Rp 5,000,000 per day; Gold tier up to Rp 15,000,000; Platinum tier up to Rp 50,000,000; and Black Diamond tier members enjoy unlimited daily withdrawal rights. rrvip5 reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request if: (a) the Member has not completed KYC verification; (b) wagering requirements have not been met; (c) suspicious activity or fraud is suspected; (d) the withdrawal destination does not match the deposit source; or (e) any provision of these Terms has been violated. In such cases, rrvip5 will notify the Member via email and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue before final determination is made.

Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions disclosed on the promotion page or communicated via email at the time of issuance. All sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant league or governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 official results, FIFA match reports, AFC confirmation). Settlement typically occurs within minutes of match completion. In cases of postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets are voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in market-specific rules. Live in-play betting markets close automatically when a significant event occurs (goal, red card, penalty awarded) to ensure fair pricing.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rrvip5, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent, negligent, or willful misconduct on your part.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and rrvip5. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, conducted in the Indonesian or English language as mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
rrvip5 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of rrvip5 following any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. rrvip5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: (a) violation of any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or abusive conduct; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) suspected money laundering or illegal activity; or (e) prolonged Account inactivity exceeding 12 months. Upon termination, any outstanding balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of all wagering requirements.
